Secretary Senate issues a major order to probe ‘spy camera’ issue

Lahore, 12th March: Senate Secretary has formed a parliamentary committee to probe the issue of spy cameras today during the Senate Chairman elections.

Baaghi TV: According to reports, Secretary Senate Qasim Samad has announced to form a parliamentary committee to investigate the issue of the installation of spy cameras in the Senate hall ahead of polls for the chairman and deputy chairman seats.

He said, “The committee will ensure a transparent probe into the matter.”

Federal Minister for Science and Technology, Chaudhry Fawad Hussain tweeted that the Senate Secretary should order an investigation soon before PML-N’s Dr Musadik Malik and PPP’s Mustafa remove all the wiring.

Meanwhile, a new polling booth for the Senate election for the chairman and deputy chairman has been formed.

As per reports, the secretary Senate called members of the Opposition and government to visit the booth before the start of the polling process.

According to earlier reports of Baaghi TV, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Senator Mustafa Nawaz claimed to have recovered spy cameras installed in the polling booth ahead of the decisive Senate chairman and deputy chairman elections.
