Security forces successfully thwarted a major terrorist attack on the Frontier Corps (FC) headquarters in Balochistan on Monday. According to official sources, four terrorists were killed, including a female suicide bomber.

The militants, armed with automatic weapons and suicide vests, attempted to storm the outer perimeter of the FC headquarters. However, alert security personnel engaged them swiftly, preventing the attackers from breaching the facility.

The slain female suicide bomber has been identified as Zarina Rafique, alias “Tarang Mahoo”, who is believed to have been associated with a banned militant outfit. Security officials recovered weapons, explosives and communication devices from the attackers.

A clearance operation was later completed in the surrounding area, with authorities confirming that no additional terrorist presence was detected. Security around key installations has been further tightened following the incident.
