Baaghi TV: PTI leader Shehryar Afridi’s vote is likely to get wasted.

According to the report, Shehryar Afridi first signed the ballot paper.

As per sources, Afridi again applied for the ballot paper. He said that he was feeling unwell for a few days.

Shehryar Afridi informed Prime Minister Imran Khan that he could not attend the party meeting so he did not know the procedure.

According to Afridi, the ECP staff did not provide any assistance, so he signed the ballot paper instead of putting numbers on it.

Senate elections are underway today. In the federal and provincial seats, 39 candidates are contesting for general seats, 18 for women, 13 for technocrats and 8 for minority seats.
According to the constitution, the Senate elections will be held by secret ballot.

Dr Abdul Hafeez Sheikh of PTI and Yousuf Raza Gillani of the Pakistan Democratic Movement are expected to face off in the general seat of Islamabad.

The PTI has 157 seats in the National Assembly, including 7 from MQM, 5 from PML-Q and BAP, 5 from GDA, 3 from Sheikh Rashid’s Awami Muslim League and 1 from Jamhoori Watan Party.
