Shangla: Police Constable and Two Family Members Killed

SHANGLA, Mar 31 (APP): A police constable and his two family members died in a road accident which took place this Wednesday near Keraee area in Bisham tehsil.

According to police reports, a traffic constable named Rahimzada with his five other family members were travelling in their jeep when it suddenly fell into a deep ravine crossing a sharp turn. This resulted in three persons including constable, his nephew and sister to be killed right on the spot whereas his son and sister-in-law along with a jeep driver contracted severe injuries.

The injured were immediately took to the nearest hospital which reported the two as being in a critical condition. Meanwhile, the funeral prayer of the deceased policeman was held at police lines, attended by DPO Rahim Shah and other officers. They laid wreaths on the coffin of the deceased and offered fateha for the departed soul.
