Shehbaz Sharif along with daughter appeared in court, Hamza Shehbaz fell ill in jail

According to the report of Baaghi TV, the money laundering case against the opposition leader Shehbaz Sharif and his family is being heard.

Shehbaz Sharif appeared in the court along with his daughter Jawariya. Shehbaz Sharif’s daughter Jawariya Ali was taken to the court room under tight security. Shehbaz Sharif apologized for appearing in the court late. Shehbaz Sharif said that there was a lot of rush on the way. On which Judge Jawad Al-Hassan said, “I know, I also get stuck in a rush.”

Shehbaz Sharif said that my daughter Jawariya has also come with me. The court inquired about her whereabouts, to which Shehbaz Sharif said that she was in my car downstairs. The court said that you should summon her to the court, their presence is necessary, the court ordered the police to clear the way for the appearance of the woman. The court allowed the jury to leave after making an appearance.

On the other hand, Punjab Opposition Leader Hamza Shehbaz fell ill. Hamza Shehbaz will not be produced in court today. The jail superintendent submitted a report to the accountability court regarding the absence of Hamza Shehbaz. Hamza Shehbaz has also undergone various medical check-ups and corona tests. Hamza Shehbaz could not be produced due to illness. The public prosecutor said that Hamza Shehbaz was not in good health and was given bed rest for one day.

Shehbaz Sharif took a stand in the court that I served responsibly and honestly for 10 years and saved several hundred billion rupees from the government exchequer.

Shehbaz Sharif told the court that he had not received government salary in three institutions. Billions of rupees were lost in the business of children and brothers. The Sindh government raised the price of sugarcane from Rs 155 to Rs 165 but I kept the price of sugarcane at Rs 180 and put the interest of the farmers first.

The court said that if you ask Allah for the reward for your service, your position will be heard, even if it takes 10 days. The court ordered to provide copies of the reference to the accused present in the court room. Ordered to appear at the hearing, the court allowed Shehbaz Sharif and his daughter to return after appearing.

At the last hearing, the court had summoned Shehbaz Sharif, his wife Nusrat Shehbaz and daughters. The court had also sought a report on the arrest warrant of Salman Shehbaz.

In the money laundering case, Shahbaz Sharif is of the view that the NAB has made a case of assets in excess of income on the basis of malicious intent and the NAB has started an inquiry due to the political influence of the present government. The allegations made by the NAB in the inquiry are of a general nature.

The NAB is of the view that the Sharif family’s money laundering and anonymous companies were run from an office called ‘Pachpan K’. According to NAB, from 2008 to 2018, the assets of four members of the Shahbaz Sharif family increased by 450% while the assets of Salman Shehbaz alone increased by 900%. In 2009, the assets of Sharif family were 68 crore, 33 lakh 37 thousand while by 2018, the value of assets had reached 3 billion 68 crore 15 thousand rupees.
