Significant Progress by ATC in Osama Satti Murder Case

Islamabad, 25th January: The anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Islamabad extended physical remand of the arrested policemen in Osama Satti murder case.

Baaghi TV: ATC has extended physical remand of the five arrested policemen in the Osama Satti murder case for three more days on Monday.

A hearing was held regarding the extension of physical remand of five cops arrested in Osama Satti murder case.

Islamabad Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Raja Jawad Abbas conducted the hearing. As soon as the Judge Raja Jawad Abbas resumed hearing, the accused were presented before the judge.

The defence counsel informed the court that the investigation officer of the case has been replaced on the complainant’s request.

It is noteworthy that the arrested police officials have already been in police custody on physical remand for 22 days.

As per reports, the accused include Muddasir, Shakeel, Mohammad Mustafa, Saeed Ahmed and Iftikhar Ahmed.

It is pertinent to note that on Jan 2, five personnel from the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) were taken into custody for blindly gunning down 22-year-old boy, Osama from the G-10 Sector on Srinagar Highway within the jurisdiction of Ramna police station in the federal capital.
