Special Assistant to CM Punjab, Khurram Leghari, resigns

LAHORE: Sardar Khurram Khan Leghari, Special Assistant to Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar, resigns.

According to sources, Khurram Leghari had resigned from the post of Special Assistant to the Punjab Chief Minister a few days ago as he was angry over the lack of work in his constituency.

Sources said that Khurram Leghari was also appointed as the special representative of the price control committee yesterday but a day later Khurram Leghari resigned as the representative of the price control.

Sardar Khurram Leghari said that he could not take up the post due to his busy schedule in the constituency, however, sources said that he complained that the bureaucracy was not tolerant of listening to phone calls.
