A special UN plane carrying its staff and foreigners stranded in Afghanistan after Taliban control arrived in Islamabad.

According to civil aviation sources, the special flight UNO 356H left Islamabad International Airport for Afghanistan this afternoon.

Aviation sources said that the special plane landed at Mazar-e-Sharif International Airport in Afghanistan from where a special flight carrying Afghan nationals and foreign employees left for Pakistan.

Beech 1900D landed at Islamabad Airport at 4:51 p.m.

How many passengers in the plane traveled to Pakistan?

According to sources, the foreign and Afghan nationals arriving on the UN plane will stay in Pakistan for a few days after which they will be sent to their next destination.

Sources said that all these passengers have been issued special visas at Islamabad airport on their arrival in Pakistan.
