‘Stop politicising COVID-19’: Director General WHO
9th April: After the US President Donald Trump slammed the World Health Organization on their role in regards to the pandemic yesterday, the organization insists on the world unity in this situation.
According to the reports of Baaghi TV, the head of the World Health Organization, Dr Tedros Adhanom, has said that the United States and China will have to join along with the G20 countries in the fight against the coronavirus.
The WHO chief said that the coronavirus should not be used politically, instead of politicizing the virus, it needs to be quarantined. COVID-19 can be defeated by demonstrating solidarity globally. Coronavirus is dangerous, everyone has to stand together in this battle against disease and not a person or a country.

World Health Organization chief Dr Tedros also thanked the US support for their organization in dealing with the corona epidemic even after criticism by US President Donald Trump.
It should be noted that US President Donald Trump said that the WHO took too long to take any action against COVID-19. Despite the World Health Organization receiving huge funding from the United States, the World Health Organization opposed the travel ban proposed by the US, however, the travel ban from China and Europe was decided at the right time.
The deadly coronavirus was declared a global pandemic on March 11 by the World Health Organization, however, the virus began to engulf the world 13 times faster than China.
The most affected is the United States, which is ranked first in terms of confirmed coronavirus patients which is 435,160, while the number of casualties in the US is breaking the record on a daily basis that is 14,797 so far.
