Students’ protest outside Governor House
Lahore, 5th November: A march by the Jamiat students of Civil Line College, Gulberg College and Punjab University has reached Governor House.
Baaghi TV: Students march outside Governor House to protest for the restoration of students’ rights. A large number of students are participating in the protest outside the Governor House and are holding placards.
In addition to the demand for reduction in student fees, the students have also demanded that a uniform education system be introduced in the country.
The revival of the student union is also their demand. In addition, it has been asked to issue scholarships for the students.
Students in the protest have asked to resume the practice of giving laptops to students, just like the previous government, who awarded them with laptops.
