Oct 13, 2021: Shweta Singh Kirti, sister of the late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, has urged the CBI to reveal the truth behind her brother’s death.

Taking to Twitter and Instagram, Shweta posted a throwback picture of Sushant with a heartbreaking note. She wrote “You were, you are and you will always be our pride! Look how much love you have created in every heart ..We are constantly fighting for you!

“With folded hands we request the CBI to reveal the truth to us. #JusticeForSushantSinghRajput,” Shweta Singh Kriti said.

Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister, Shweta Singh Kirti, remembered her late brother on the eighth day of the Navratri. She shared a photo of the actor and penned a note.

She wrote that people are proud of Sushant and she prays for the truth behind his death to come out soon. Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his Mumbai home on June 14, 2020.

However, the late actor’s father, KK Singh, registered a case against Rhea Chakraborty, who had been dating the actor before his death, in Patna. In Singh’s complaint, he accused Rhea of abetting suicide and siphoning off Rs 15 crore from Sushant’s bank account.

After the FIR, a team of senior officials from Bihar Police arrived in Mumbai to investigate the matter.

Later, the central government transferred the case to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).The case is at present being handled by the CBI, the Enforcement Directorate and the Narcotics Control Bureau.
