Taliban cut off petrol supply in major Afghan cities

The Taliban have reportedly cut off petrol supplies to Afghanistan’s major cities, cutting off supplies to Kabul and giving the government the power to either fight or surrender.

According to reports, the situation in Afghanistan is changing dramatically and there are reports that the Afghan Taliban are now moving towards Kabul which has caused a lot of fear in the capital city. Furthermore, there are reports that they have seized the road to Kabul and cut off the petrol supply.

Baaghi TV has also learnt from reliable sources in Afghanistan that the Taliban have not only cut the petrol supply to Kabul but also to other major cities, meanwhile, they have suspended all aid to the Kabul administration.

According to sources, the Taliban have squandered the petrol of these tankers after seizing them and have sent a message to the Kabul administration that they should either surrender or get ready for war.

In Afghanistan, the Taliban have so far seized the headquarters of 20 of the country’s 34 provinces. Most of the areas captured by them are of strategic importance because they are located on the main roads that connect Kabul to the north, south and west of the country.

It is to be noted that most of the cities besieged by them are located in the north of the country, where Afghanistan shares borders with its Central Asian neighbours.
