Lahore, 10th September: Former special assistant to the prime minister on digital Pakistan Tania Aidrus worked against the interest of Pakistan, hence when the facts came to light she packed up her bag and left.

According to the report of Baaghi TV, the court has declared that the former special assistant to the PM Khan worked against the interest of the country.

According to the reports, four advisors submitted their replies on the petition against the appointment of advisers to the Prime Minister. Abdul Hafeez Sheikh asked for time to submit his reply.

The petition against the appointment of advisers to PM Imran Khan was heard in the High Court. The Prime Minister, Shehzad Akbar and the Law Ministry submitted their replies.

During the hearing, Chief Justice of Lahore High Court Qasim Khan remarked that when the government has an advisor, it says that they are the best people in the world. Tania Aidrus continues to work against the interest of Pakistan. 

The advisers to the Prime Minister with dual citizenship are a security risk especially for the state of Pakistan, Dr Abdul Hafeez Sheikh said.

Abdul Razzaq Dawood, Amin Aslam, Dr Ishrat Hussain and Dr Babar Awan are among the advisors. Zulfi Bukhari, Nadeem Babar, Dr Sania Nashr, Nadeem Afzal Gondal, Shahbaz Gul and Tania S. Aidrus are also among the advisors. The court should order the appointment of elected members of the Assembly to the posts of Federal Ministers under Article 90 (1).

The petition requested the court to immediately suspend all the unelected special advisers to the Prime Minister till its final decision. The court barred Prime Minister Imran Khan from acting as the country’s chief executive until his final decision.
