The district petrol pump committee gave approval for setting up seven new petrol pumps

RAWALPINDI, Feb 16 (APP): The district petrol pump committee gave approval for setting up seven new petrol pumps, three LPG stations and oil storage in the district.

The committee meeting was chaired by Additional Deputy Commissioner (General), Capt (R) Qasim Ijaz in which 12 cases were reviewed while the case of a LPG station is pending due to non-compliance of legal requirements.

He directed the concerned departments to meet all the legal requirements before presenting the cases of petrol pumps in the committee meeting. No one will be allowed to set up a petrol pump before the approval from committee, he added
