According to details, after the increase in the incidence of sexual abuse of young children and women in the country, the government has taken an important decision and announced the establishment of special courts for sexual offenses.
It has been said that these courts are set up for sexual offenses will have rights to deal in any special way.
According to sources, the law ministry has sent a summary to the prime minister regarding the establishment of special courts for cases related to sexual offenses.
The courts of Sessions and Additional Sessions Judges will be given special rights. These special courts will have to deal with sexual abuse cases within the next four months.
The spokesperson said that a summary of the establishment of special courts would also be sent to the President.
The spokesperson said that work is also underway to set up anti-rape crisis cells in every district, the law minister has worked tirelessly for the establishment of special courts and the courts will be notified after the approval of the president.
