‘The nation must unite against coronavirus’: PM

Lahore, 30th March: Pakistan Prime Minister, Imran Khan addressed at the national television today and sent out a sincere message for the nation, to stand united to fight the battle against coronavirus.

According to reports of Baaghi TV, PM has announced the creation of a Tiger Force and a Relief Fund for the anti-coronavirus campaign. He said, “If lockdown was to be removed, people would come out in the streets for work and things would get worse.”

Prime Minister Imran Khan said, “We cannot win this battle with the resources only, this is the war of the whole nation, and the nation must fight together. Our neighboring country India locked down and today its prime minister apologized that he took the step without thinking.”

PM to form Corona Relief Tigers Force

The Prime Minister said that if our economic conditions were good, we would have completely locked down. According to the PM, this war needs to be fought with wisdom.

He stated that the example of the United States and the United Kingdom is evident to all. The US has delivered a $ 2 billion relief package, but we in Pakistan have no such resources like the US, and this is by far the largest relief package released for the benefit of the public.

He said that lockdown in Pakistan would never succeed because 25% of our population lives in poverty. The government alone cannot fight the pandemic, but the entire nation should unite and fight against the virus. Unless the food is being delivered to homes, lockdowns cannot succeed.

Prime Minister Imran Khan has announced the formation of the Corona Tiger Force, which will bring awareness to the people and food to the areas where a lockdown is imposed and they can not go out to earn. The youth of our country must come forward and join this force.

Coronavirus: Insaf Imdad Program for the virus affectees

Imran Khan informed that the coronavirus is a threat to the elderly and sick and if anybody suffering from cold and flu must stay home and self-isolate, in this way it can be cured quickly. There is a risk of the virus spreading rapidly when people come in close contact, so we must take precautionary measures and social distancing is necessary.

He said if people would start panic buying and stock up the food then the poor of our country would soon die of hunger. The hoarders will be punished severely.

In the end, the PM addressed the nation that Pakistan was made in the name of Islam and every Muslim considers the state of Madinah as a role model. If we as a nation cannot take care of our poor citizens then there is no chance we can win the war over deadly coronavirus.
