The rain tripped more than 130 LESCO feeders

Baaghi TV: Rains in different areas of Lahore affected LESCO transmission system, more than 130 feeders were tripped, citizens had to suffer due to power outage on the occasion of Eid.

The rain of LESCO claims opened the fort, leaving several areas without power due to technical glitches. Power outage occurred in Wapda Town, Nasheman Iqbal, Hamza Town, Johar Town, Kot Lakhpat. Areas of Chongi Amrsadho, Nishtar Colony, Agric Town, Ali Park, Begum Kot also lost power.

Kot Mohammadi, Bilal Ganj, RA Bazar, Nishat Colony, Gulshan-e-Ravi also lost power due to rain, several areas of Nawankot, Band Road were also without power. Due to the power outage on the occasion of Eid, the citizens faced severe problems.

On the other hand, black clouds fell in most cities of Punjab including Lahore, after which the weather became mild with heavy rains.

On the second day of Eid-ul-Adha, the weather turned cold. Cold winds and gray clouds made the weather pleasant. The two attitudes on the streets, the leaves hanging on the trees, began to present a charming scene. Colorful flowers rumbled on the twigs, green carpets in the gardens and every scene sparkled, the heat was blown away by the drops of water falling from the sky. Heavy rains lashed Shimla Pahari, Garhi Shahu, Canal Road, Tajpura, Fatehgarh and Harbanspura areas of Lahore.
