Three martyred, Five Indian soldiers killed in IIOK

Srinagar: Three Kashmiri people were martyred while five Indian Army personnel were also killed during a so-called operation by Indian forces in Baramulla district of Illegally Indian Occupied Kashmir (IIOK).

According to details, the so-called operation of Indian forces is underway in Baramulla district of IIOK, in which three Kashmiri people were martyred while five Indian soldiers were killed.

According to Kashmiri media, five Indian military personnel were also killed during the operation in Baramulla. Indian media say that a clash broke out between the Indian Army and Kashmiri youth at the check post.

It may be recalled that the Hurriyat Conference has announced a strike in occupied Kashmir on Wednesday against the killing of three Kashmiri workers in Srinagar. Indian forces martyred and buried 3 Kashmiris on July 18.

The laborers had gone to Srinagar in search of work. The families of the three slain Kashmiris had demanded a DNA test. Amnesty International has also called for an investigation into the extrajudicial killings of Kashmiri youth.

It may be recalled that in IIOK, Indian forces martyred 214 Kashmiris during the illegal siege for one year while 1,390 Kashmiris were injured due to violence by Indian forces.
