Tightening the Noose: NAB Arrests Key Confidant of Sharif Family

Lahore: The difficulties of the Sharif family fail to decrease as NAB arrests a key confidant. According to reports, as part of an unabated series of proceedings against the Sharif family, NAB has arrested the CFO of Sharif Group, Muhammad Osman. Investigations against him regarding the family had been ongoing. NAB had demanded a record from him multiple times but he had disappeared.

It should be remembered that NAB had raided the house of Shahbaz Sharif. After showing the arrest warrant the NAB team stayed for an hour in the house but failed to apprehend him. After the departure of the NAB team, PMLN members appeared outside the house and raised slogans against the government.

NAB sources have said that Shahbaz Sharif is making excuses and his arrest is necessary. According to them, multiple locations are being raided so that he can be found and arrested.
