Timely action of police in Lahore, foils robbery attempt.
According to the report of Baaghi TV, the police in Lahore, the provincial capital of Punjab, took timely action and foiled a robbery.
The robbers broke into a restaurant near Sherpao Bridge in Lahore and tried to rob the administration at Gun Point, whereupon the administration reported the incident on Emergency 15. Upon the report of the incident, the police led by SHO Ghalib Market immediately took action and reached the spot.
The robbers opened fire on the police. A dacoit was injured in the retaliatory firing. A dacoit named Shahid was arrested while the other dacoit escaped. The injured dacoit was shifted to hospital.

Police and forensic teams gathered evidence from the scene. Further investigation has been launched, DIG Operations Ashfaq Khan has commended the dominant market police team for foiling the incident and arresting the dacoit.
According to the police, there were several other cases registered against Shahid Masih and he was wanted by the police.
