Transparency International points out billions of rupees of discrepancies in Pakistan Post department

According to the report of Baaghi TV, Transparency International has pointed out billions of rupees in Murad Saeed’s, Pakistan Post department.

Transparency International wrote a letter to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) pointing out the irregularities of billions of rupees in Pakistan Post.

In its letter, Transparency International accused Pakistan Post of awarding an investment contract of Rs 118 billion to a private bank without a tender. Contract Awarded, DG Pakistan Post of Transparency International, Chairman NAB has been asked in a letter to cancel the contract and hold an open tender and conduct a transparent inquiry for transparency.

In its letter, Transparency International said that Pakistan Post has given a 20-year contract to a private bank to digitize its financial activities. Pakistan Post has not issued a public tender for awarding the contract. Pakistan should issue public tender instead of awarding post contract.
