TV anchor Faisal Rehman accused of Pedophilia

Lahore, 28th August: A famous TV anchor Faisal Rehman has been accused of Pedophilia.

According to the reports of Baaghi TV, TV anchor Faisal Rehman has been alleged of inappropriate behavior with teenage girls.

Urmanah Safvi, an active social media user has alleged that her teenage daughters have been sexually harassed by the said TV anchor.

She has posted a video on her Facebook account detailing the incident of the anchor’s inappropriate behavior with her 16-year-old daughter.

Safvi shared videos and posts on her Facebook account, saying, “Faisal Rehman you are a creep. I will regret our contact for the rest of my life. You could stoop this low; I still cannot believe it—you pedophile, how dare you to discuss such crap with my daughters. You disgusted them. I will never let you get away with it, that’s a promise.”

According to her, the anchor was her acquaintance with whom she used to chat over the mobile phone. Recently he offered to take one of her daughters and bare her study expenses himself.

Reportedly, Faisal Rehman asked to talk to her younger daughter on the phone. Safvi narrates that the creep talked dirty with her 16-year-old daughter, asking her about her virginity and wearing undergarments.

Rehman, who is married, went to the extent of telling the teenage girl of having a hard-on due to a vitamin that he is taking these days.

Urmanah Safvi has been angered by such an attitude towards her daughter. Being a single mother, she has raised her daughters in a protective environment and she does not want any person taking advantage of her situation.

It is disappointing to see that after so many years of fighting for change, the perspective of our society in regards to women has not changed.
