Two More Fake Cases Against Yasin Malik

Continuing Violence by Indian Occupation Forces

According to reports, the Indian police has registered two fake cases against Kashmiri leader Yasin Malik. They have made a charge sheet on fake cases of 2008 and 2008 at Baramulla, and have registered FIRs on bringing out freedom movement rallies in 2008 and 2010.

A day ago Yasin Malik was presented in court via video-link. The court directed the Secretary of District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) to provide a lawyer for Yasin Malik so that a just hearing can commence.

It should be remembered that Yasin Malik is currently in the notorious Tihar Jail of New Delhi.

On the other hand the valley is mourning for the death of three-year old Iyad’s grandfather and his family is asking the international community for justice.

It should be remembered that the photo of the child being made to sit on his grandfather’s lifeless body has gone viral on the internet. The funeral prayer of the martyr Bashir Ahmed Khan has been offered but the grieving family wants an answer from the Modi government.

The United Nations said that they are closely looking at the Sopore incident and whoever is involved in the murder should he punished.

It should be clear that India’s state terrorism in the occupied valley continues. Yesterday a Kashmiri youth was shot and martyred in Srinagar during a so-called operation.
