UAE seeks clarification regarding Pakistani pilots, Baaghi TV gets the list

Dubai: United Arab Emirates’ (UAE) Civil Aviation Authority has expressed concerns over the issue of Pakistani pilots carrying fake licenses and demanded a license check from Pakistan.

In this regard, the Director General (DG) of UAE CAA has written a letter to his Pakistani counterpart seeking clarification on the matter. According to the letter, Pakistani pilots and flight operations officers working in the UAE airline should be verified in the case of suspected licensed pilots.

According to the letter, CAA Pakistan should also explain the suspicious and fake licenses while CAA Pakistan should check the licenses of 50 Pakistani pilots and four flight operations officers and provide a report.

Baaghi TV has received names of pilots who can possibly be on the list of pilots having fake licences.
