UN Ambassadors to visit LOC, to observe Indian atrocities against Kashmiris
PAKISTAN (24th September, 2020): Ambassadors, diplomats and defense attaché from different countries will visit the LOC today.
Ambassadors, diplomats and defense attaché from different countries will visit the LOC today. Representatives of international organizations will also visit the LOC today. The DG ISPR will brief them on the situation on the LOC.
A delegation of Azerbaijan, Bosnia, EU Ambassador, Defense Attaché will visit. Ambassadors from Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey and Palestine will also visit. Ambassadors from Greece, Australia, Iran, Kyrgyzstan and Iraq will also visit the LOC. Ambassadors from Britain, Italy, Poland, Uzbekistan and Germany will also join the delegation. Visitors include Switzerland, France, Egypt, Libya, Yemen and Afghanistan. Representatives of the World Food Program will also visit the LOC.
Ambassadors, a delegation of defense attachés will personally review the violations of the Indian forces. The delegation of diplomats will also meet the victims of Indian firing.
Pakistan has never stopped a foreign ambassador from visiting any part of the LOC. Pakistan has always welcomed UN observers, diplomats and international organizations.
Pakistan wants anyone of them to visit the LOC and take stock of the ground realities while, India has banned foreign ambassadors from visiting the LOC. India has also banned UN observer missions and the media from visiting the LOC.
