US Administration imposes sanctions on Chinese diplomats

Baaghi TV: Tensions between the United States and China have been rising for the past several months, with both countries imposing economic and diplomatic sanctions on each other.

The United States has imposed new sanctions on Chinese diplomats. According to the State Department, Chinese diplomats must obtain permission from the State Department before attending universities and cultural programs. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo says the governing boards of the universities have also been informed in writing about the updates sanctions.

According to the State Department, the social media accounts of the Chinese embassy and staff will also be checked. Mike Pompeo says that in response to the sanctions on US diplomats in China, sanctions are being imposed on Chinese students and that unfair sanctions on diplomats and staff run counter to US claims of sovereignty.

Meanwhile, China’s tensions with India are on the rise. An emergency meeting with Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and National Security Adviser Rajit Dowal was held to discuss possible clashes. This was the second high-level meeting to review the situation on the Indo-China border.

National Security Adviser Ajit Pawar also reviewed the situation in the LAC in a meeting with senior officials after a brief skirmish with the Chinese military yesterday.

Dowal is also keeping an eye on the ongoing commander-level meeting with China. The Home Secretary and the head of the intelligence agency were also present at the important meeting that Dobhal held to review the situation. According to reports, commander-level talks have been going on in Choshol since 10 am.
