Video of Captain Safdar’s arrest comes to light
According to the report of Baaghi TV, the video of the arrest of Captain (retd.) Safdar, the husband of PML-N leader Maryam Nawaz, has come to light.
Captain (retd.) Safdar was arrested by Karachi Police from a private hotel. Maryam Nawaz tweeted on the social networking site, Twitter, that her husband had been arrested by the police.

Video of Captain (retd.) Safdar’s arrest has come to light. As can be seen in the video, Captain (retd.) Safdar is standing outside the hotel. The policemen are also with him, giving him a VVIP protocol and taking him to the front seat. Captain (retd.) Safdar was not treated like the accused but was rather seated on the front seat.

While sitting in the police car, Captain (retd.) Safdar chanted “Respect the vote”. The policeman, accompanying him, opened the door and Captain (retd.) Safdar sat in the front seat.
It may be mentioned that in a case of desecration of Mazar-e-Quaid in Karachi, Karachi police raided a private hotel and arrested Capt (retd.) Safdar, husband of PML-N leader Maryam Nawaz.
