Waqar Younas announces to quit social media

Lahore, 29th May: Waqar Younas announces to leave social media after somebody hacked liked unethical videos from his account.

According to a report of Baaghi TV, Pakistan’s former fast bowler Waqar Younis has announced to quit social media.

“I am sorry to say that someone has hacked my Twitter account. When I woke up in the morning, I found a very nasty video from my account,” Waqar Yunus said in a video message. “It is very sad, painful, and embarrassing for me and my family.”

Waqar Younis said that I thought social media is a means of communicating with each other, this is not the first time this person has hacked my account, this person will not stop but I have decided because my family is more dear so I will not use social media in future, I apologize if anyone has been hurt by this.

Waqar Younis has 1.7 million followers on Twitter and his video message has been viewed more than 75,000 times in the first four hours. Netizens, however, have tried to encourage Waqar Younis and told him not to leave social media. Some Twitter users have also advised Waqar Younis to take legal action against the hackers

Waqar Younis took 789 wickets in ODIs and Tests during his illustrious career. In the 90s, when Waqar Younis was bowling with his teammate Wasim Akram.
