Weather in Pakistan likely to change amid a heating political situation

Lahore, 9th March: The Meteorological Department has forecast rain in the upper and central parts of the country for the next four to five days.

According to reports of Baaghi TV, westerly winds are likely to enter Pakistan on Wednesday.

The Meteorological Department said that westerly winds are expected to continue in the upper parts of the country till Sunday.  There is a chance of intermittent rain in Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Kashmir from Wednesday to Sunday.

As per reports, intermittent rain is expected in Gilgit-Baltistan, Dir, Swat, Shangla and Mansehra from Wednesday to Sunday. There is also a chance of intermittent rain in Abbottabad, Murree, Peshawar, Chakwal, Jhelum.

As per reports collected from the met department, from Wednesday to Sunday there may be rain with high winds in the upper areas and snowfall in the high mountains.

The Meteorological department has also predicted that DI Khan, Bukhar, Mianwali, Sialkot, Lahore, Gujranwala, Sheikhupura, Okara and Faisalabad are likely to receive rain from Wednesday night to Sunday.

There is also a chance of wind and rain in Quetta, Zhob, Ziarat Chaman on Thursday night and Friday.

Chance of wind and rain in Multan, Khanewal, Sahiwal, Bahawalpur, Sukkur and Larkana is also reported from Thursday night.
