Which Pakistanis will be able to perform Hajj: Tahir Ashrafi

May 23, 2021:  BaaghiTV: There is good news for Hajj pilgrims, Special Assistant for Religious Harmony Tahir Ashrafi while announcing this good news said that 60,000 people will be able to perform Hajj this year.

He said in an interview with private TV Dunya News. Pakistanis will be able to perform Hajj for which certain rules will have to be followed, as well as corona vaccine will have to be administered for Hajj, complete precautions will also have to be taken.

Special Assistant for Religious Harmony Tahir Ashrafi said that those going for Hajj would have to submit a medical certificate, adding that the report would have to confirm that the candidates had not fallen ill within six months. Special Assistant for Religious Harmony Tahir Ashrafi welcomed the Saudi government’s decision, saying it had calmed the feelings of Muslims.

It should be noted that this will be the first time after the Corona pandemic that foreign pilgrims will perform their sacred duty. It should be noted that the Saudi government has imposed the condition of corona vaccination for the pilgrims and has also announced the names of the approved companies. After the announcement and condition, the Pakistani Foreign Ministry contacted the Saudi government and requested them to register the Chinese vaccine in their approved list of vaccines.
