According to reports, the Election Commission and the government are facing conflicts on the issue of electronic voting machine.

According to Express News, the Election Commission and the government have come face to face over the issue of electronic voting machine. A journalist’s V-Log was shared from the official Twitter account of the Election Commission, in which the use of electronic voting machine was criticized.

As soon as the video was shared, statements from government members began to pour in, but the Election Commission deleted the tweet due to agitation. The Election Department’s Twitter account is operated by the IT department.

On the other hand, PTI leader and Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Farrukh Habib said that the Election Commission should look into the content shared from there official Twitter account, the Chief Election Commissioner himself should come and explain the matter.
