According to the report of Baaghi TV, after the heavy shelling of the civilian population by the Indian Army on the Line of Control (LOC), Mubasher Lucman expresses anger against NGOs who have remained silent.
Tweeting on the social networking site Twitter, senior journalist and anchor person Mubasher Lucman said that why are the so-called NGOs and so-called human rights organizations still silent? Why didn’t they react?

It may be mentioned that 4 people were martyred and 27 others were injured due to heavy shelling by India in different areas surrounfing the LOC, including Neelum Valley. The victims have been shifted to hospital for medical treatment. Pakistan has summoned senior officials of the Indian embassy to the Foreign Office and recorded the protest.
Pakistan’s political and religious parties have reacted, and expressed outrage, against the Indian Army’s heavy shelling along the LOC. In Pakistan, however, so-called NGOs protesting the death of a dog are silent. There was no immediate reaction from them.
Pakistan shot down an Indian plane in February last year and arrested Indian pilot Abhinandan. So on the same day in Lahore, the provincial capital of Punjab, the NGO and the candle mafia took to the streets to demand the release of Kulbhushan Yadav and demanded the release of Kulbhushan, but they have never protested with reference to the atrocities in Kashmir.
Pertaining to the Indian shelling on the LOC and the testimonies of Kashmiris, the role and double standards of NGOs have come to the fore. The so-called human rights organizations are also silent on this.
