Why retired policeman guns down his son?: Report

KARCHI, July 25 (Online): A retired police officer is said to have gunned down his only son in Karachi on the night between Friday and Saturday after a spat in Kashmir coolly near Defence View Society.
According to media reports one Bashir and his son Anees, 28 often remained embroiled in quarrelling and brawling over domestic matters.
Wife of Bashir said that her husband flared up on petty matter and often beat her as well.
On Friday night verbal quarrel between father and son culminated to heightened fight and Basheer opened fire, hitting Anees with five bullets. He fled after the attack.
Anees and his mother are stated to have returned from Malaysia four years before.
