Yes, it’s true that Salman Khan is suing KRK, but not over his review of Radhe

Lahore, 27th May: The news that Bollywood actor Salman Khan has sued the actor-critic Kamaal R Khan is true, but it’s not over his review of Salman’s movie ‘Radhe’.

A statement by the Bollywood superstar’s legal team said that the Dabangg actor has filed a defamation suit against Kamaal R Khan not over his review on ‘Radhe’, but for defaming the actor for months.

Salman Khan’s legal team claimed that Kamaal R Khan or KRK as he is known, has spent months spreading ‘malicious falsehoods’ against the superstar to gain attention.

KRK has alleged that Salman Khan is involved in fraud and money laundering through his NGO called Being Human.

The statement by Salman Khan read that Kamaal R Khan has posted a series of tweets and videos on his Twitter handle claiming that Salman Khan had filed a defamation suit because he gave a negative review of his movie ‘Radhe.’ However, this is not true.

Khan added that the case has been filed against KRK as he has been spreading defamatory allegations for the past several months saying that Salman Khan is corrupt. Furthermore, ‘he and his brand Being Human are involved in fraud and money laundering activities and that he and Salman Khan Films are thieves.’

Salman Khan’s legal team added that Defendant has been maligning the superstar in order to gain media attention.

According to the latest reports, KRK appeared in his court hearing against the defamation case and his lawyer told the Mumbai court on Thursday that his client will not post any defamatory remarks against Salman Khan in the future.

The hearing of the case has been adjourned till June 7.

It is to be mentioned that Salman Khan and Kamaal R Khan’s controversy blew up in the last two days when KRK tweeted a picture of the legal notice served to him by Salman Khan’s legal team.

Earlier Baaghi TV reported that KRK posted a series of tweets telling his followers that he has been served a legal notice by Salman Khan after he gave a negative review of Khan’s recently released film ‘Radhe.’
