Money Laundering Case : Zardari challenged transfer of case from banking court to accountability case.

Former president Asif Ali Zardari has reached the SC for the hearing of an application moved by him. Zardari has challenged the transfer of money laundering case from baking court to accountability court.

According to the reports of Baaghitv, former president Asuf Ali Zardari has filed a petition in the SC , in which he challenged the transfer of money laundering case, from banking court to accountability court. In the application , it is stated since Asif Ali Zardari is a president of a political party and has remained the president of Pakistan , that is why he is being subjected to political victimisation. All the case against him has been fabricated and nothing but a bunch of lies. It has been pledged to the court that Asif Zardari’s name to be remove from the alleged accused list of money laundering suspects.

It must be remembered that FIA has lodged a case on 6th July, 2018 against Mr,Zardari along with others in the banking court of Karachi , which has beeb shifted from Karachi to Islamabad on the directions of Supreme Court by the banking court on 15th March. 2019.
