Zardari’s NAB Appeal Agreement, PPP’s Nayyar Bukhari reaches NAB

LAHORE (9th Sept, 2020): Asif Ali Zardari NAB Appeal Agreement, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Secretary General Nayyar Bukhari reached NAB court.
According to the reports of Baaghi TV, the party leaders and lawyers were prevented from going to the court on the occasion of the appearance of former President Asif Ali Zardari in the accountability court.
When PPP Secretary General Nayyar Bukhari reached outside the NAB court, Nayyar Bukhari and his lawyers were prevented from going to the NAB court.
Nayyar Bukhari said that the government is confused, stopping lawyers is a violation of law and justice.
Accountability court judge Azam Khan heard the case. The defense counsel told the court that the accused Mustafa Zulqarnain and some lawyers were not being allowed to come to the court. The lawyer said that the administration is incompetent, even the vehicles have been parked on the far road.
“My name was on the list and then stopped at three different checkpoints. The names of the new accused and the lawyers in the Park Lane side reference are not at the police checkpoint, the mobile phone agencies are ringing and notorious,” the defense lawyer said. Islamabad police have cordoned off the whole area.
