Usman Mirza and his licentious friends were seen it the shocking video that surfaced on social media in which they were seen torturing, harassing and sexually abusing a young couple in Islamabad.
According to the details, Usman Mirza and his friends were produced in front of the Duty judge Mian Azhar Iqbal today in Islamabad. The court have sent the four accused including Usman Mirza to jail on judicial remand.
It is to be noted that the Golra police under supervision of the deputy superintendent (DSP) produced them before the court on completion of a four-day physical remand, however, they have now been sent to jail on judicial remand till July 30, 2021 on court orders. Golra Police produced Usman Mirza, the main accused in the case before the court under tight security.

Usman Mirza case becomes more complicated
Sources reveal that the girl was striped naked in front of all the people, filmed and allegedly raped by Usman Mirza and his partners. The girl was forcefully stripped and filmed with her clothes of and later the video went viral on social media.
The case was registered under Section 354-A, Section 506, Section 341 and Section 509 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC). As per Section 354-A, whoever assault or uses criminal force to any woman and stripes her of her clothes and, in that condition exposes her to the public view, shall be punished with death or with imprisonment for life, and shall also be liable to fine.
