Administrator Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (MCI) and Deputy Commissioner (DC) Islamabad Hamza Shafqaat has taken another important step after the inauguration of Property Verification Center (PVC).
According to the MCI notification, all sorts of advertisements regarding Housing Societies and Projects that do not reflect Capital Development Authority’s (CDA) valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) have been banned within the Capital Territory.
The notification issued by DC Islamabad Hamza Shafqaat said that strict legal action will be taken against the violators and such company, project or society cannot run any other advertising campaign.

According to the details, the verification centre will allow the residents to invest in real estate projects and housing schemes that have been verified by the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Office and declared legal as per the laws of the country.
Speaking on the occasion, DC Islamabad, Muhammed Hamza Shafqaat said, “the verification center will allow a purchaser to check the legal status of the plot before closing a deal.”
