Lahore, 14th September: Lahore High Court has issued major orders in the Motorway Rape Case.

According to the report of Baaghi TV, a case related to the motorway incident was heard in the Lahore High Court today.

The court ordered to patrol the deserted roads in the villages for at least two hours at night and also to check the patrolling team. The court also ordered to submit the report on the motorway incident and roadmap by September 16.

The woman should have called at 15 CCPO Lahore

Chief Justice Lahore High Court Justice Muhammad Qasim Khan while giving remarks said that the road is the property of the government and the government is responsible if anyone becomes a victim, the police is not absolved of its responsibility.

During the hearing, CCPO Lahore told the court that the case has been successful. I apologized for the statement made in this case. The court said that the IG has given a show cause to the governments on such incidents.

The CCPO further claimed that “I will fix Lahore in 3 months, I know how to fix this system. When they will call me in three months and I will submit the report.

Earlier, CCPO Lahore Umar Sheikh said that the rape-survivor woman should have called 15 instead of calling 130.

A show-cause notice has been issued to the Lahore CCPO for the rape case from the Lahore High Court.

It is to be noted that a very tragic incident of a gang rape of a woman on the motorway took place in Gujjarpura area of ​​Lahore. Two men smashed a car window on the motorway and pulled the woman and her children out, then took them to nearby bushes and allegedly raped the woman in front of the children.
