Asim Jofa prepares protective suits for medical workers

While many fashion designers are cancelling their exhibitions and busy selling their products online, renowned Pakistani designer Asim Jofa has reaffirmed his commitment to the cause.

In this regard, a video was shared by Asim Jofa, in which he announced free protective suits for medical staff fighting against coronavirus.

On his Twitter handle, Asim said, “At this testing time we are together with our caregivers. A small token of our love and respect for the ones who are risking their lives to save humanity.”

Pak Fashion Industry: Major Disappointment amid coronavirus

Asim Jofa added in his video message that we want to develop these protective clothing and distribute it for free. Furthermore, he added that I need the prayers of all of you people and share my message as much as possible so that the authorities will allow us to work on these things.

This was the time for Pakistani fashion designers to contribute for the common cause against the deadly coronavirus. Unfortunately, they are too busy selling products online and trying to earn money which they have lost amid the spread of the coronavirus.

It may be recalled that a few days ago white flags were also raised by people all over the country to pay tribute to medical staff who fought against the coronavirus.
