China digs deeper into Ladakh, killing 2 Indian soldiers
Sunday, June 28th: China takes control of 3 strategic locations in Ladakh, 2 more Indian soldiers killed. In the face of India’s continued defeat in Ladakh, China gained control of three more tactical positions on the LAC, including Daulat Beg Oldi, a key part of the Gulwan Valley, and the Indian Army was confined to Fingerto in Pengang.
Chinese troops also conducted exercises in the area, two more Indian soldiers were killed in Ladakh, according to International media, China had sent 20 martial arts trainers to train its troops in the area before June 15. Under a 1996 agreement, the two countries could not keep guns or firearms in the area.
According to Indian media reports, tensions between the Chinese and Indian armies continue, the two countries have delivered a large number of weapons and vehicles near the border, the number of troops in military bases has increased.
