Engin Altan meets Pakistani kids


Lahore, 19th August: The Turkish actor Engin Altan Duzyatan aka Ertugrul met with three Pakistani kids on Tuesday.

According to reports from Baaghi TV, Turkey’s leading actor Engin Altan Duzyatan met three terminally ill Pakistani children via video link on Tuesday.

The event was arranged by Make-A-Wish Foundation in Karachi. It was attended by the Turkish Consul General Tolga Ucak and prominent Pakistani actors. Ayesha Omar was among the celebrities from Pakistan hosting the function.

The Foundation is known for granting one wish of the children who are suffering from terminally ill diseases.

The three children who wanted to meet the Turkish actor were Fizza Khuda Baksh, 14, Sidra Khan, 15, and Sohail Umer,16.

“I am very happy to meet these children and soon will visit Pakistan to meet with my Pakistani brothers and sisters,” Duzyatan said while speaking with the children.

Sohail Umer told the actor, “I saw your drama on PTV which is lovely and telling us the Islamic history and how our heroes fought for Islam.”

Khuda Baksh said: “I wished to speak and meet you and today my dream was fulfilled by Make-A-Wish.”

The actor replied, “Yes she looks like Halime.”

The video is very interesting and has gone viral. It is heartwarming to see how the Turkish actor talks to the Pakistani children and return their love.
