Governor Punjab Appreciates PMML’s Rescue and Relief Efforts During Flooding

LAHORE: A high-level delegation of Pakistan Markazi Muslim League (PMML), led by Deputy Secretary General Khalid Naik Gujjar, met Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan at Governor House Lahore on his special invitation. The meeting focused on the emergency caused by flooding in Nullah Dek, PMML’s ongoing rescue and relief operations, and the difficulties faced by affected communities.
The PMML delegation was led by Deputy Secretary General Khalid Naik Gujjar and included Khidmat-e-Khalq Chairman Chaudhry Shafeeq-ur-Rehman Warraich, PMML Lahore General Secretary Chaudhry Hameed-ul-Hassan Gujjar, and PMML Faisalabad Secretary General Ahsan Tarrar.
The delegation briefed the governor on PMML’s immediate rescue and relief response following the flooding of Nullah Dek. The delegation said PMML volunteers actively participated in relief activities and assisted affected residents according to their available resources.
The delegation said PMML was committed to a politics of public service and wanted to promote an environment of national unity and solidarity. It said the organisation would continue supporting people during emergencies and natural disasters.
Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan appreciated PMML’s rescue and relief efforts during the Nullah Dek flooding. He praised the organisation’s leadership and volunteers for assisting affected communities and said helping people during natural disasters and emergencies was a commendable and valuable service.
