Hollywood actress Rebel Wilson’s shocking transformation


6th October 2020: Hollywood actress Rebel Wilson has shed pounds of weight and she is totally a new person.

Australian actress Rebel Wilson has recently achieved an inspiring weight loss of almost three stone.

The 40-year-old actress who is best known for her roles in Pitch Perfect and Bridesmaid has announced that she’s almost reached her goal weight after making a new year’s resolution to slim down in 2020.

Earlier this year, Rebel Wilson declared 2020 her “year of health,” telling fans she’d be prioritizing exercising and aiming to get down to her goal weight of 165 pounds.

Over the months since, she’s been sharing pictures and videos of herself being more active and working with celebrity fitness trainer Jono Castano.
Late Sunday, she posted a selfie on her Instagram account which clearly showed her dramatic weight loss.
“Just call me: Fit Amy,” the caption read.
Fans are now calling her ‘Fit Amy’ after her huge weight loss transformation.
Wilson added she’s just 6 pounds shy of her target weight. Now, Rebel is acknowledging her hard work by having a bit of fun with her fans, who have found inspiration in her continuous updates throughout the year.
Her most recent Instagram revelation gave followers insight into what an average workout has looked like for Rebel this year. “This week was super busy but I got up super early 3 times (6 am) and went on a hike,” she shared on Instagram last week.

“Even did a couple of 100m sprints to get the heart rate even higher (although my ‘sprint’ is probably someone else’s ‘slow jog’).”



To achieve her goal, she’s been relying on a combination of exercise and an eating plan called the Mayr Method, which is a clinic-based program in Austria that is known to be frequented by celebrities and wellness icons alike. This diet encourages people to chew food thoroughly and is based largely on the alkaline diet.

A source told People’s Magazine that Rebel is enjoying newfound confidence (which we can totally see for ourselves!) and how her fitness routine makes her feel emotional: “She has more energy and more confidence, which you can see from her sexier Instagram shots. She’s also having fun with new fashion and beauty looks.”


It seems the actress is quite close to her goal weight of 65 kilograms, about 165 pounds, her journey may be more about the long-term changes in her life.
