Indian Authorities Bulldoze Temporary Visa Queuing Structures Outside Pakistan High Commission

Indian authorities late at night demolished temporary structures set up outside the visa section of the Pakistan High Commission on Shanti Path in New Delhi, reportedly using a bulldozer.
The temporary arrangements, located outside the main diplomatic premises, had been established to facilitate orderly queuing for visa applicants visiting the Pakistan High Commission.
According to sources, the removal of the structures means visa applicants will no longer be able to wait in an organised queue before entering the visa section, potentially leading to increased crowds and disorder at the site.
Indian media reports said the authorities declared the structures unauthorised encroachments and removed them using a JCB machine.
The action comes at a time when diplomatic relations between Pakistan and India are already strained. The demolition of arrangements outside a diplomatic mission is likely to add to the existing tensions between the two countries.
