Inquiry report sought against constables in women violence case.

District Police Chief Dilawar Khan Bangash came to notice after the video of violence against women went viral.
The police officers / personnel involved were suspended and brought to the line, and departmental action was also ordered against them.
According to the details: A man from Berkeley neighborhood of Saidu Sharif police station came to Saidu Sharif police station yesterday and lodged a report saying that we had gone to Malam Jabba to go for a walk with the family and locked all the rooms and main gate of the house. Upon reaching the house, the lock of the house was found unlocked. When I went inside the house, I saw that the net attached to the steep wall was also cut. A search of the house revealed that an unknown accused stole 19 tonnes of gold from the house. And 99,000 cash has been stolen.

District Police Chief Dilawar Khan Bangash took notice and ordered to arrest the accused as soon as possible. The police team arrested three women during the operation. Mismat arrested Hazrat Iqbal’s wife, a resident of Bannu Hal Batkhela, and recovered 19 tonnes of stolen gold and 99,000 rupees in cash from the arrested gang.

Today, on 03-02-2021, a video of women being tortured for stealing high status went viral on social media in which police officers are torturing arrested women. Sub-Inspector Rafiullah SHO Saidu Sharif Police Station, Sub-Inspector Ayaz Additional SHO Kokarai, Constable Fazal Khaliq, Constable Muhammad Alam, Constable Ishaq were suspended and brought to the line and ordered to take departmental action against the officials involved. An investigation team comprising SP Investigation Nazir Khan and DSP City Pir Syed Khan, DSP Kabul Badshah Hazrat has completed the inquiry within 24 hours and demanded a report.
