The Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police issued an official traffic advisory announcing the blanket closure, urging citizens to avoid traveling toward the Red Zone. “All routes leading to the Red Zone have been fully sealed,” the advisory stated in Urdu. “Citizens are requested not to travel in this direction.”
