Lahore High Court announced verdict against Housing Societies

Sargodha ; Lahore High Court ordered to cancel NOCs of those factories who are not planting trees, not pass the maps of housing societies, and impose heavy fines on those chopping down trees. According to the details, Justice Jawad Hassan in a hearing on petition moved by Sheikh Asim, CEO for East Urban Policy Khalid Sher Dil, Additional Secretary Forests Shahid Awan , Assistan Attorney Sadia Malik, Registrar Cooperative Kiran Khursheed, Assistant Advocate General Punjab Rai Shahnawaz appeared in court. Justice Jawad Hassan strictly ordered to not allow any housing society to register without planting trees and if any one cuts down trees he will be imposed a fine worth rs.50,000 or rs.100,000.
