My daughter was murdered unjustly: Noor Muqaddam’s father

Noor Muqaddam’s father and plaintiff Shaukat Ali Muqaddam’s statement was recorded earlier today. Additional Sessions Judge Ata Rabbani issued a four-page written judgment stating that the court temporarily examined the mental condition of the accused and found no disability. The facts and the situation show that the accused has no mental illness. The excuse of mental illness was later offered to disrupt case proceedings and delay justice.

The court’s written statement added that there was no reason to form a medical board and the application was rejected. The accused has been facing trial with his parents, neither the accused’s parents nor any family member has applied to the medical board. The trial of the Noor Muqaddam murder case is now coming to an end.
