Lahore, 16th April: A petition is being raised against the appointment of advisors to the Prime Minister in the court.

According to reports of Baaghi TV, The petitioner feels that the very spirit of the constitution is being violated with every such appointment under the current constitution.

The ministries should be held by the elected members as the public has vested their trust in them and they are under oath to work in the best interest of the country.

The unelected advisors can not take oath under the constitution and therefore can not be blamed or held responsible.

The President has the special right to accommodate anY specialized or qualified personnel to benefit from his knowledge and experience.

The petitioners believe that such advisors are not entitled to enjoy salary, perks or status at any ministry as this is an honorary appointment.

The focus seems to be on capping the limit of the advisors appointed by the Prime Minister.

The confusion is whether this system is on the verge of changing in presedential form of management?

Stay tuned for more updates.
